Long time no update…

Well last Thursday I fianlly cracked the 10kg mark! I have now lost 10.9kg in 9 weeks! I have had a couple of slow weeks where I lost 300g and 400g but last week was a good one. I have been really slack on the exercise front but once daylight saving kicks in in a week’s time I am going to treally step it up – and amil to go walking for around an hour each evening with the dog.

Have been really busy at work and had a few social things on (going to a wedding tomorrow so that will be a bit hard).

A further loss of 400g today…(144-135.3) So that makes 8.7kg loss total!!

Only a drop of 400g last Thursday…not so flash and pretty bad on the exercise front so far this week (just one hour walking on Saturday). Aiming for another small drop (or anything other than a gain!).

The scales showed a drop of 3.2kg! Heaps. But I am pretty sure that it was a bit of an outlayer due to a reasonably light dinner and possibly a little lack of water during the day…but for now I will take it!

Have been totally slack on the whole exercise front this week but have been really careful with the nutrition…hopefully I will see some results this week

I had a bit of a disappointing weigh-in on Thursday – only down 300g! I am pretty sure that it was a bit of an abnormal reading as I have been weighing myself in the morning and the weight is definitely dropping off…by my count this morning I am actually down around 7kgs – not the 4.7 that the dodgy JC scales show!!

I am getting into the groove now with food and I am generally not feeling hungry and wanting to eat bad foods so much. Occasionally I do fall asleep thinking about having a Big Mac and fries. But the feeling of my clothes fitting better is wonderful and will keep me focused!

So far this week I went for a one hour walk on Friday, a three hour hike on Monday and a four hour hike yesterday.

I am currently on holiday at my parents house. It is a real struggle to stick to the programme in a practcal sense. This morning I forgot my breakfast cup so I swapped for tomorrows breakfast which I understand I am not supposed to do buy I figure that the Kj count is about the same so it should be ok?

Also we are going shopping and I am not sure how to heat my jaffle while I am out? Might be a cold jaffle today!
